We’re excited to announce a major update to our first project in the pipeline: Higglo.
As you all know, we’ve mentioned that eSports are the unshakable sports that have proven their prowess in times of crises like with COVID in 2020. We still believe this, and will continue to double down all of our efforts into that path. However, our community has made it clear, multiple times, that there’s also the potential for Higglo to offer more than just eSports.
We listened. And as a result of your recommendations, we already started working on a traditional sports section of Higglo, where you can have the same experience you’ll get with eSports, but this time with traditional sports as well. You will be able to choose your favorite type of sports once you log into Higglo, and will then be redirected to either the eSports section of the platform, or the traditional one.
The sports section of Higglo will start with a few sports in mind, featuring the UFC, Cricket, basketball, soccer, American football, and chess. We’ll be adding this section to Higglo’s current demo and will also announce major additions to the platform, with functions and usecases that we know our community will enjoy.
The reason why we’re doing this is because we want to appeal to everyone across the globe, and we know that not that many people are invested in eSports just yet, given that it’s still a growing sport. Traditional sports give us the balance we need to maintain our global widespread goal, and access to nations and people everywhere, regardless of their favorite type of sports.
We’ll announce the content update to Higglo’s demo once we add in the traditional sports section, so keep an eye out for it!
